Dona Table Light utilizza l'argilla per progettare pratici pezzi artigianali che aggiungono profondità e calore a qualsiasi spazio. La lampada Dona in gres è realizzata in argilla chamotte bianco sporco e rifinita con smalto bianco opaco. Ha uno stelo scanalato e braccia rialzate, che reggono il bordo del paralume in rafia naturale. Tienilo su un comodino per rendere omaggio all'estetica semplicistica, cruda e terrosa del designer.
Note sugli acquisti: ogni pezzo è unico, pertanto potrebbero verificarsi lievi variazioni di colore, dimensioni e forma. Cura: spolverare leggermente per mantenerlo pulito e strofinare con un panno morbido inumidito per rimuovere sporco e macchie.

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day Window
Thirty days, simply stated.
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Who pays return shipping
Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.
Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Refund Eligibility
What qualifies for a full refund.
Eligible — we cover 100% of costs
Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.
Not eligible for return or exchange
Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.
For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation & EU Terms
Canceling an order.
Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.
If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off
Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The Return Process
How to return an item.
Seven steps, in order. Please follow each carefully — deviations may delay or affect your refund.
Review this policy to confirm your order qualifies for a return or refund.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund Timing
Refunds, honestly timed.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund hasn't arrived, please write to support@dekorfine.com and we'll look into it.
